Your Shotover Jet is custom designed and constructed to exacting specifications. The high performance 8 litre V8 engine generate 502 bhp and a massive jet unit thrusts 400 litres of water per second to propel these unique and highly manoeuvrable craft which skim the riverbed at 70 kmph and can operate in just 10cm of water!

About Us:
The tour was born in Queenstown, New Zealand in 1970 on the Shotover River and on which it continues to operate. Your specially design Jet boat can operate in only 4 inches of water. Our strong commitment to the environment is reflected in our use of LPG to power our boats. Special rates for children 5 to 12 years Life Jackets are compulsory and will be provided at our base to all passengers. People with serious back, neck or heart problems and pregnant women may not take part on this activity. For safety reasons passengers may not take video cameras aboard. Our professional photographer captures the emotion of your ride, and photos will be available after your tour. Departures every 30 minutes Monday to Saturday 9 to 5.
