At
Shotover Jet Mexico We aspire to provide a friendly, exciting
and safe experience.
We advise that All activities do carry a degree of risk.
1) The customer agrees that in
the event of any dispute between Shotover Jet de Acapulco,
SA de C.V. (hereafter "Shotover Jet") and the
customer, the Courts in Mexico City, Republic of Mexico,
shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any and
all disputes. Should a Court in Mexico City. Republic
of Mexico, determine that it does not have jurisdiction
over a dispute between the customer and Shotover Jet,
it is agreed that the dispute should be submitted to binding
arbitration under the rules of the ICC International Chamber
of Commerce.
In the event that the matter is arbitrated, the arbitration
shall take place in Mexico City, Republic of Mexico. Only
the laws of the Republic of Mexico, facing damages customarily
awarded in Mexican Courts, shall be used to resolve any
dispute.
A dispute can include, but is not limited to a claim by
the customer for personal injury, property damage sustained
while riding on a Shotover Jet Boat or Pueblo Bravo Rafting.
The customer agrees that the terms contained in this paragraph
are also applicable and binding on any minor or elderly
person accompanying the customer on a Shotover Jet or
Pueblo Bravo Rafting.
2) I Confirm that I am physically fit and suffer
no injury or illness which maybe aggravated by this activity.
3) I Consent to receive medical treatment in case
of injury, accident or illness during the activity and
to release the operator against any damages in respect
to the treatment.
4) I agree that any films, sound, video or other
recording taken of or during the activity by the customer
will not be used in any prenatal or advertising without,
the prior written content of the operator SHOTOVER JET
AND/OR PUEBLO BRAVO, however the operator may use such
recordings itself at its complete discretion without any
prior approval from the customer.
5) CANCELLATIONS. The operator SHOTOVER
JET and/or PUEBLO BRAVO reserve the absolute right to
cancel any service as a result of weather conditions,
insufficient reservations or any other unforeseen event
or circumstances.
6) REFUNDS: Are entirely at the discretions of
the Operator, in general, no refund can be given for cancellation
received less than 12 hours from tour departure time.
7) When you make your reservation or make
payment, you are automaticlly legally bound by the above
Terms and Conditions of Use.
